ELDERCARE OF MINNESOTA PHILOSOPHY OF CARE
ElderCare of Minnesota believes that health care is a basic human right.
Individuals should be allowed to participate in the planning for
their own health care and other basic needs. Our goal is to have our residents
receive the care needed to maintain their optimum level of independence in a
caring, home-like environment that best serves that individual.
Services are available, coordinated, and provided in a comprehensive way to
best meet the client's individual needs. Our primary focus is meeting the
needs of our residents while honoring their dignity and well-being through
compassionate and individualized care.
WHAT WE DO
We are in the business of helping elders age. We see our duty as providing
services to our residents so that they can spend their time enjoying their
lives. We are not a hotel or apartment business. We are in the assisted living
business.
Some of our facilities provide
assisted living level of care, others are nursing homes. We
manage facilities we own as well as for other people. We strive for excellence
in the management of these facilities. We want happy residents, long term
employees and profitable facility owners.
